The B 100 driver's license authorizes you to drive :
- A motorcycle with a cylinder capacity not exceeding 125 cm 3
Condition:
To be eligible to apply, applicants must have held a category B driving license
for at least 2 years. This extension of the right to drive will be attested on the
driving license by affixing the national code 100 behind category B.
It should be noted in this respect that this right to drive will be limited to the territory of Luxembourg and will not
allow progressive access to category A2, for which the person concerned will still have to
undergo the prescribed theoretical and practical training as well as the related examinations
.
Minimum training :
- 7-hour theoretical and practical training without theoretical or practical exams
Required documents :
- Recent passport photo (front view), 45 x 35mm format
- Recent medical certificate (less than 3 months old)
- Recent police record
- Extract from the criminal record of the country of origin if residence in Luxembourg
is less than 5 years.

Theory: 12 hours
Practical: 7 hours
A1 (light motorcycle)
Minimum training :
Theory: 12 hours (6 hours if already licensed)

Theory: 12 hours (6 hours if already licensed)
Practical: 16 hours
A (motorcycle ≥ 35 kW)
Minimum training :
Theory: 7 hours
Practical: There is no practical exam.
B (manual or automatic car)
Minimum training :
Theory: 12 hours
Practical: 16 hours

Applicants for a category B driver's license may opt for the accompanied driving system.
F (tractor)
Minimum training :
Theoretical: 12 hours
Practical: There is no practical training, but a practical exam is required.
